Guinea Pigs

Guinea pigs are delicate but reasonably easy to care for. They are happiest in small groups and may be the gentlest of all pets, making them excellent for families, especially those with young children.

Guinea pigs can be kept indoors or outdoors all year round. They are extremely affectionate and gentle animals. However, as true herbivores, they are very low on the food chain and should be kept away from dogs, cats, ferrets and rats.

Mice and Rabbits

Mice are friendly and inquisitive creatures that will keep your family entertained for hours on end. To keep your pet mice healthy and happy, you'll need an enclosure, a secure mouse-carrier, food dishes, a water dish or drip-bottle, toys, bedding, an exercise wheel, and a hidey-hole for resting in.

Rabbits make great family pets as they are friendly, intelligent and clean. With space to exercise, suitable living accommodation, food and proper bedding, your rabbit will be content living indoors or outdoors.
